OATS CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

Ingredients
  • Serves 4-5 muffins
  • 1⁄3 cup Quaker Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1⁄2 cup Chocolate
  • 1⁄3 cup Margarine
  • 1⁄4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3.5g Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
Procedure
  1. Melt margarine in the microwave oven.
  2. Add in it milk and egg.
  3. In a bowl, using a fork or a whisk, mix flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. Combine these 2 preparations together slowly to avoid clumps.
  5. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture.
  6. Fill 3⁄4 of the molds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°c.
  7. Serve and eat.
